“first come, first served” basis, and reservations are HIGHLY recommended,
especially during holiday seasons.
In-person equipment rentals are subject to availability. Reservations for equipment can be made in
the following manners: By Phone: A reservation can be placed during
normal business hours of MONDAY thru FRIDAY, By E-mail: Email is the easiest and fastest way of
making a reservation. Just click on
the
email link and enter in the following information: - Client’s “BILLING & CONTACT” Info. -
Client Name / Company -
Account Number (if known) -
Address -
Telephone Number(s) - Item/s to be rented - Date for desired pick-up and return To secure the reservation, a valid
credit card number must be given, if one is not already on file. This can be given over the phone or by fax
if one so chooses. Micworks, Inc.’s
Rental Department will check for availability of the requested items and will
issue a confirmation number in verbal and/or written form. All rentals are considered tentative until
a confirmation number has been assigned. D E P O S I T / P A Y M E N T O P T I O N S
Micworks, Inc. requires a valid photo identification and a valid
MAJOR credit card (i.e. Visa, M.C., Amex, and Discover). Bank cards or check cards do not qualify as
MAJOR credit cards. Payment Method: All rentals are to be PAID
IN FULL at the time of pick-up. Micworks, Inc. accepts the following
methods of payment: Cash A.T.M. Credit
Cards (Visa, M.C., Amex, and Discover) Business
/ Personal Checks (with valid Identification) Payment will be accepted over the phone if the client has setup
an account with Micworks, Inc. and has authorized a valid credit card number
to be kept on file with that account.

A T I O N S Cancellation of the TOTAL or PARTIAL rental order must be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date. Should the client fail to cancel within 24 hours, Micworks, Inc.
will charge
the full rental fee to the credit
card used to secure the reservation. C L I E N
T R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S With a signed rental invoice, the client assumes the following general responsibilities:
