Equipment rentals are handled on a “first come, first served” basis, and reservations are HIGHLY recommended, especially during holiday seasons.  In-person equipment rentals are subject to availability.

 

Reservations for equipment can be made in the following manners:

 

By Phone:

A reservation can be placed during normal business hours of MONDAY thru FRIDAY, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm.  To secure the reservation, a valid credit card number must be given if one is not already on file.  Micworks, Inc.’s Rental Department will issue a confirmation number in verbal and/or written form.  All rentals are considered tentative until a confirmation number has been assigned.

 

By E-mail:

Email is the easiest and fastest way of making a reservation.  Just click on the email link and enter in the following information:

                -  Client’s “BILLING & CONTACT” Info.

                                - Client Name / Company

                                - Account Number (if known)

                                - Address

                                - Telephone Number(s)

                -  Item/s to be rented

                -  Date for desired pick-up and return

 

To secure the reservation, a valid credit card number must be given, if one is not already on file.  This can be given over the phone or by fax if one so chooses.  Micworks, Inc.’s Rental Department will check for availability of the requested items and will issue a confirmation number in verbal and/or written form.  All rentals are considered tentative until a confirmation number has been assigned.

 

D E P O S I T  /  P A Y M E N T  O P T I O N S

 

 Security Deposit:

Micworks, Inc. requires a valid photo identification and a valid MAJOR credit card (i.e. Visa, M.C., Amex, and Discover).  Bank cards or check cards do not qualify as MAJOR credit cards.

 

Payment Method:

All rentals are to be PAID IN FULL at the time of pick-up. Micworks, Inc. accepts the following methods of payment:

 

Cash

A.T.M.

Credit Cards

(Visa, M.C., Amex, and Discover)

Business / Personal Checks

(with valid Identification)

 

Payment will be accepted over the phone if the client has setup an account with Micworks, Inc. and has authorized a valid credit card number to be kept on file with that account.  For questions on such payment methods, please call for more details.

 

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

 

Cancellation of the TOTAL or PARTIAL rental order must be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date.  Should the client fail to cancel within 24 hours, Micworks, Inc. will charge the full rental fee to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

 

C L I E N T    R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

 

With a signed rental invoice, the client assumes the following general responsibilities:

A) The client possesses the knowledge required to operate the rented equipment.  Technical assistance will be billed at $65.00 per hour.
B) The client will contact Micworks, Inc. immediately upon encountering an equipment failure.  Voice mail is available during off-hours.
C) The client will return all rented equipment by 2:00 PM on the final day of the reservation.  In the event the client is unwilling or unable to return said equipment within the agreed time frame, Micworks, Inc. is hereby authorized to continue the rental on a  per-day basis at the agreed rental rate until the equipment is returned.
D) The client will return the equipment in the same condition as it was provided, with all accessories.
E) The client will be billed for the cost of repair or replacement of LOST, STOLEN, or DAMAGED equipment and/or accessories.
F) The client understands that all rental cables are to be returned in the same condition that they were sent out.  A $2.00 RE-COILING CHARGE may apply on a PER-CABLE basis.
G) The client understands that wireless systems DO NOT include batteries.
